Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks (HKSTP), the operator of Hong Kong Science Park, led a delegation of 13 companies and startups to showcase their latest innovations at the 27th China Hi-Tech Fair in Shenzhen.
MEINONG ROBOT, an HKSTP incubator company, demonstrated an agricultural robot that automates fruit harvesting with AI vision and robotic arms. Founder and CEO Devin Lee told reporters the system is fully automated and that users can initiate harvesting tasks via a mobile app; the company has drawn interest from Chinese agricultural provinces and markets including Australia, Mexico, South Korea and Europe.
