From May 25 to 27, 2026, MEINONG Agricultural Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (MEINONG ROBOT) unveiled the world’s first facility Hami melon picking robot at the 2026 Xinjiang International Agricultural Machinery Expo (Xinjiang International Convention & Exhibition Center, Ürümqi, Hall 3, Booth A3013).
Designed for protected cultivation—greenhouses and multi-span tunnels—the system combines a mobile platform, dual robotic arms, and vision-based perception to demonstrate recognition, positioning, and picking on hanging Hami melons. The booth paired simulated fruit with live video to show the engineering workflow alongside grape picking and transport/inspection robot lines.
